Originating from Europe and now extremely popular in the US, we’ll sample an American marshmallow sour, German gose, German berliner weisse, Belgian lambic, and a Belgian Flanders red ale. Red will discuss the different ways to sour a beer and what makes each of these beers so unique. Class will be outside unless it is too cold or rainy.
